He is a licensed professional engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. As a result, he has developed a stellar portfolio filled with an impressive variety of civil design. Michael has also specialized in the highly technical field of bridge engineering.
